Dr. Emily Adamson was born and raised in the DFW area and is excited to be back in the community that taught her how much she loves veterinary medicine!

Dr. Adamson graduated from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science and a minor in Psychology in 2016. She went on to graduate from Texas A&M’s College of Veterinary Medicine with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2020.

Her passions include surgery, emergency medicine, and orthopedics. Dr. Adamson’s favorite part about veterinary medicine is the relationships she’s privileged to form with her patient’s families, and she is excited to have the opportunity to do so at a patient-focused practice like Metro Paws!

In her time away from Metro Paws, Dr. Adamson enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family, and going on various local and distant adventures with her husband, Aaron, and their two dogs, Harley and Oscar. Dr. Adamson can’t wait to serve you and your furry family members at Metro Paws!
