Dr. Castillo graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2018. She went on to graduate from Texas A&M’s College of Veterinary Medicine with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Gig ‘Em!

Her passions include internal medicine, senior pet care and diagnostic imaging. Dr. Castillo’s favorite aspect of veterinary medicine is the human-animal bond. She aims to extend empathy and compassion, not only to her furry patients, but to their owners as well.

In her time away from Metro Paws, Dr. Castillo enjoys spending time outdoors in her hammock, reading, and trying out new recipes. She is excited to join the Metro Paws team and looks forward to caring for the dogs and cats of Dallas.
