Veterinary Mentorship

There is no other veterinarian like you, and no other community like Dallas' Metro Paws Animal Hospitals!

With a mentorship at Metro Paws Animal Hospitals, you set the pace of your appointments for the first six months. We support you until you feel confident and capable, and a dedicated mentor will be there to help launch your career.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU Beyond the typical first veterinary job:

2-3 days in the first few months of high volume spay / neutering training to get you comfortable in surgery. We know you may not have gotten as many spays under your belt in school – so we will help you sharpen that skill!
