Dr. Campbell’s path to veterinary medicine was a bit nontraditional since he did not realize he wanted to be a vet until after college. After receiving a mathematics degree from Mississippi College, he worked at an insurance company for a year. Realizing that a desk job wasn’t for him, he decided to pursue veterinary school at Mississippi State. Working hands on with a team to positively impact an animal’s life is what drew him into the veterinary profession. Following graduation, he and his cat, Jango, moved to Dallas to be closer to his girlfriend.

Dr. Campbell’s professional interests include feline and internal medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, soccer, video games, and watching movies and tv shows. He is very excited to begin his veterinary career with Metro Paws!
